Max leads a fantastic team of umpires ranging in age from 13 -80! He is working hard to continue to develop this team - he believes this is DHC's strongest side! He offers support, learning opportunities and gives constant feedback, praise and encouragement. He has also umpired at national games and international venues - leading his team by example.
