Doncaster Hockey Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well being of all its members. The Club believes that it is important that everyone associated with the Club should, at all times, show respect and therefore, as members you are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that you may have about any aspect of the Club with the Junior Administrator, Ian Christlo.
As a member of Doncaster Hockey Club you are expected to abide by the following:
All junior members (under 18 years of age) are required, at the start of each season,
to complete an online Membership Form, including the consent of a parent or legal guardian. This form should be completed no later than 31st October.
New members are also required to complete this form after a two week trial period.
Coaching is provided throughout the hockey season for which junior members pay an annual subscription. This subscription must be paid not later than 31st October.
For those joining the Club during the season the subscription will be reduced pro rata.
Coaching may be refused and you may not be selected for matches if we have not
received both your membership form and subscription.
Junior members must pay any fees for matches or events promptly.
Junior members must comply with the Section’s Code of Conduct as well as Doncaster Hockey Club’s policies, codes and procedures.
Never walk off the club premises onto the street from a coaching session or match
unless you are with the person who is taking your home or you have your parent/guardian’s permission.
Junior members are not allowed to smoke on club premises or whilst representing
the Club at competitions.
Junior members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on the club
premises or whilst representing the Club.
